Congratulations to all of the attendees who completed the Pediatric Acute Surgical Support (PASS) course in Bahrain in April, 2023. The workshop was led by the course creator Prof. Aixuan Holterman and run by Operation Childlife with support from the King Hamad University Hospital.

The course goal is to prepare health care personnel in the immediate management of neonatal/pediatric life-threatening surgical conditions and road injuries at their first point of entry into hospital.

Operation Childlife volunteers who have completed the course and gained accreditation as course facilitators, will bring this valuable training to our partner hospitals in the future.
